1 - Perform daily Service operations; which also include:Supervision of (4) office Personnel.Supervision of (8) field Service Technicians.Supervision of (5) two men teams of Contract Technicians. (Inspection) (10 technicians) Company (technicians) vehicle monthly inspection and service maintenance reports.Schedule meetings with customers to settle dispute with invoices or technician issues.Sign off on AR adjustments and Correct Invoices. Review Quoted Work Orders.Annual Review of Field Technicians. 2 – Assist taking in-coming phone calls and emails request; making up work tickets from technicians, contractors and customers for Service / NY Violations and or Final Check-Out jobs. 3 - Daily involvement in Service Technician(s) Vacation time, Sick time, Work Assignments & Scheduling. (Back-up scheduling for the other technicians when other supervisors / dispatchers are out of office or on vacation)4 - Technical Support for the Field Technicians, Contractors and Customers.Provide technical support for Sales Team.Regular, After-hours and Week-end support to On-Call technicians and Customers when needed. Overflow contact for On-Call technicians.Reviewing and closing iService Work Tickets.Re-opening new work ticket for Sale's leads. Ordering parts for jobs. Review Quoted Submittals handed in from Sales / AR or Service Manager. 6 - Reviewing field technician's time sheets7 - Job site visit. 8 - Re-launching of On-Site / Building Report for productivity of Contracted Work.9 - Evaluate technician(s) skill set and preparing them for the next classroom factory training course.10 – Other duties that may arise from time to time in providing for quality customer satisfaction and to create a pleasant and productive environment in which to work, causing for profitability to both the
