•Manage day-to-day video operations at assigned Diamondbacks minor league affiliate•This includes filming games from multiple camera angles, chart data, and upload processed video to Diamondbacks network•Setup and operate baseball technology at respective affiliate•Assist with the preparation of advanced scouting material, various data sets, and video playlists•Coordinate hotel rooming lists, per diem, and player travel reimbursement throughout the course of the minor league season•Perform various tasks for coaches, players, coordinators, and front office members

•Work directly under Head Coach (Mervyl Melendez) and Assistant Coaches (Jeff Conine, Willie Collazo) with decades of NCAA Division I and Professional Baseball experience. •Daily operations, consisting of, but not limited to, Ball Flight Analytics (i.e. Trackman, Rapsodo, FlightScope, Blast Motion, K-Vest, Synergy, Motus, ProPlay AI, Edgertronic, etc.), player development analysis, statistics/tendency charts, video coordination, office management, expense reports, travel authorizations, travel budgeting, practice/game-day operations, etc.•Assist staff and players by facilitating the use of new baseball technologies, along with going over film and data to formulate scouting reports for each opposing team.•Supervise all interns on staff.

• Medical Records: Switched to a paper-free system and reorganized manner of documentation to allow for more efficiency throughout the office. • Organized the scheduling of patients on a daily basis, managed patient profiles making sure each contained the proper insurance and referrals allowing the company to collect its revenue.
