From personal experience and working with many family businesses, I know both the pitfalls and the success factors of succession processes.Having worked in international companies as well as in my own family business in a critical phase as a successor, I enjoy working in different environments and structures. I am particularly driven by the technological adaptability of businesses and the ability to build and lead strong teams, which are the most important KPIs of enterprises. I have a comprehensive overview of the most innovative ecosystems and technology pioneers, always focusing on the applicability of new technologies for (family) businesses and their ventures.Throughout my career I have gained extensive experience in the automotive, financial markets, engineering, retail and manufacturing sectors. This has included setting up new sites and relocations as well as designing strategic processes and leading through change. I am highly motivated by working with people who create new visions and are passionate about what they do in life.
