Currently I am brewing at Pipeline Brewing Co. I have recently completed the Cambridge Spark Level 4 Data Analyst Bootcamp, where I have become skilled in the use of Python, Pandas, SQL, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Bokeh, Tableau and Anaconda. My GitHub profile is available to look through, on which my portfolio is available, giving examples of my Data skills.I am a consistently hard working and high achieving individual, able to lead or work well within a team. I have a great understanding of maths and science and I can interpret and research scientific literature confidently, utilising my scientific background.This led me into the Brewing Industry where I threw myself into the fascinating science of Brewing. I spent just short of 4 years in Quality Control and then transitioned to Production to expand my skill set. During this period I completed my Diploma in Brewing. I then lead the operations of New Bristol Brewery as their Head Brewer, producing their first sour beer, as well as imperial stouts, lagers, IPA and more in can, keg and cask.During my time there, I tripled their capacity and output, attained SIBA accreditation, had offers from every UK supermarket to stock our beer and secured a Beer52 contract for my Coffee& Biscotti Stout, which then went on to win the SIBA 2022 Best Stout in the UK. I also increased their Untapped rating from 3.75 to 3.77 (from over 100k ratings overall).I was soon headhunted by Phantom Brewing Co as their Head Brewer, as they were impressed by my results. During my time there, I commissioned an Alfa Laval Centrifuge improving product throughput by 40% alone , doubled the output resulting in record sales, increased their Untapped rating from 3.81 to 3.82 and produced their first ever TIPA. I then produced another TIPA with Pipeline Brewing Co, which is currently their highest rated beer ever.
