I have been in the key general management positions with a number of sizable companies over the past 20 years. The breadth and depth of my experience is particularly strong in the retail sector, which spans from the lowest to the highest ends, ranging from the mass products from Korea (Hyundai) and Japan (Nissan) to the premium brands of British (Bentley/Rolls Royce/MINI), German (BMW) and Swedish (Volvo) origins. My 25 years of business management experience started off shortly after my college years in the University of Wisconsin and joined the management trainee program provided by CITIC Pacific. While the first 6 years in the marketing role laid a solid foundation in marketing management, product/pricing management, brand building, marketing communication, public relations, sales management and trading relationship management, I have been in the General Management position with a number of reputable organizations since 1999, achieving unprecedented results for each and every one, which have stacked up to the most outstanding and recognizable scorecards by all standards.
