Currently working with the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (NBDTI) as a Traffic Design Engineer, I am responsible for identifying and managing highway guide signing and lighting requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency in provincial signage, and overseeing the procurement of consultant and contractor services for signing and lighting projects.My background includes significant roles as a Research Analyst, where I conducted in-depth research and statistical analysis to drive process improvements, and as a Customs Broker, where I ensured compliance with regulations and accurate duty assessments. My experience also spans customer service, where I honed my skills in problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution.Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, OHS Training, and Transportation Impact Analysis complement my hands-on experience, enabling me to contribute effectively to process improvements and team management.
