1. Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and reports to top management, shareholders, and tax returns.2. Oversee accounting departments, budget preparation, and audit functions. Meet regularly with department heads to keep informed and to offer direction.3. Analyze company operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need to be reorganized, down-sized, or eliminated.4. Confer with president, vice president of sales, vice president of manufacturing, and division leaders to coordinate and prioritize planning.5. Analyze long-range economic trends and projects company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share, opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas. Estimate requirements for capital, land, buildings, and an increase in the work force.6. Supervise investment of funds; works with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for expansion.

1. Manage preparation of the company annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, 3-5 yrs plans, and any ad hoc financial scenario analysis required.2. Analyze and evaluate budget and forecast data. Provide Board of Directors with information required for strategic planning.3. Monitor monthly results against budget and forecast and communicates variances to line management and senior management and/or Board of Directors.4. Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis.5. Manage a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.6. Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance.7. Participate as a finance representative on management teams for new programs, products, and projects development.8. Control Sales & Marketing spending effectiveness, as well as overheads.9. Control direct treasury in term of forecast payment and FOREX usage for the purpose of hedging and/or deposit placement to support forecast cash flow accuracy.10. In conjunction with IT Systems Administrators, coordinate and implement new and current automated systems to improve the business process.11. Lead cash committee to improve company's working capital and cash flow forecast accuracy.
