I am a line service technician at Modern Aviation, where I provide high-quality ground support and customer service to a diverse range of aircraft operators and passengers. I have been in this role for eight months, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Before joining Modern Aviation, I worked as a ramp supervisor at Signature Flight Support for two years, where I oversaw the ramp operations and ensured the safety and efficiency of the team. I have also worked as a security guard at Robert Half, where I collaborated with detectives and city PD to handle store alarms and evidence. I have developed strong skills in ramp operations, safety procedures, fueling, towing, marshaling, and deicing, as well as interpersonal and communication skills. I am passionate about aviation and my goal is to further develop my competencies and pursue a career in the aviation industry.
