• WIP Management - Setting up new styles on the WIP and managing all areas in the document with the view to reduce and manage risk• Purchase order – Raising PO’s, making necessary amendments and issuing out revised PO documents keeping all parties updated• Fabric developments/product development – Retrieving fabric information to submit outstanding development styles in a timely manner• Supplier-view – Making bookings for shipments within the time rules set by the customer and following by entering online packing lists and online invoices to allow smooth running of shipments• Customer communication – Submitting CP’s on the required day and raising current issues promptly to lower impact. Building effective relationships with the customer to ensure their needs are met and work towards new developments• Factory communication – Daily contact with factories/in-country office via VC/email/telephone discussing current issues on both sides whilst building strategy to benefit current and future orders• Logistics – Ensuring all relevant documentation is received on-time and is processed to the customer specification and giving an right update to overseas.• Invoicing – Processing documentation received, checking for accuracy and closing off the PO on internal/customer systems making sure the payment terms are adhered to• Approvals/Follow ups – Working with the garment technician to review factory submissions (Lab dips, Base/bulk fabrics, Print strike-offs, Pre-production samples, Gold seal samples) and meet the customer expectation. Feeding comments back to the factory and develop style components• Meetings – Attending weekly meetings and updating senior management on current issues and developing strategies to reduce risk and impacts. Attended product fits noting key aspects of product specifications in a commercial environment

• Independently taking care of Merchandising activities, having good product and technical knowledge & also a good planner with time management skill.• Handling some prestigious accounts with major concentration on communication with buyers for business and Client Servicing and communicate with international buyers for the ongoing orders/ New Developments. • Interaction with customers order follows up with the merchants. Placing the order details to the factories and follow up.• Co-ordination with sampling department and factory for developments as per necessities from clients based on seasons follow up & dispatches of samples like Proto, fit, and SMS. • Looking after activities like Sampling, Order Processing, Fabric Co-coordinating, colorization, finalizing the consumption and pricing in consultant with seniors and within budget.• To confirm the orders to meet - out the targeted quantity are within the factor capacity which is leads to shipment on time and PO qty.• Coordinate with stores to find out the excess / usable stock fabric and / or materials and update it during material planning meeting• Having wide knowledge in Trims/Accessories developing and follow ups. Having very good interpersonal & management skills to deal & get the work done with the team& also with all other levels in an organization.
