Served as a Customer Relationship Officer in Chingola district, Copper belt province. After excellent performance in that role, I was later trained as a FINCA Coach. I was responsible for mentoring new employees and act in place of the Supervisor. In 2014 I was officially appointed as a Supervisor, responsible for supervising a team of Customer Relationship Officers at the same time creating new opportunities for the organization. Served in this role for two years in Eastern Province.
