More than 20 years of direct working experience with local as well as international banking groups in roles ranging from leading front-line sales and service teams to operations management to strategic senior management roles. In the last 5 years of my Retail Banking career. I was a senior executive of the Retail Banking team, started as the Head of Customer Experience, I was then appointed, Acting Head of Retail Distribution with p&l accountability over 175 branches across 13 regions in Malaysia. My vast experience in driving for business results has equipped me with a strong grasp of business leadership, people management, strategic business management and managing stakeholders including C-suite executives, board members and regulators. For a period of 8 years, as the Country Director (Malaysia) and Regional Director (Asia Pacific) for a service leadership and customer research organization, i developed my strength in entrepreneurship while honing my skills in service management consultancy working with many multinationals, government link corporations and global brands to help resolve their service management challenges.
