Key Responsibilities:• Providing active contribution to the development of strategic plans in terms of sales targets,profitability plans and customer service, preparing and introducing the local sales strategy for product positioning, pricing, distribution and promotion to maintain competitive position within the market• Close cooperation with company’s HQ in terms of product range, market segmentation, price positioning.• Ensuring sustainable growth of the company by building long term business relations with the key market players by meeting on a regular basis to develop high levels of customer satisfaction, identification of new sales opportunities, and assist in closing large sales. • Increasing market share by planning and conducting new and current business relationships, proper product-mix launching and implementation, by close liaising with product management team to maximize vendor support to the business.• Ensuring professional marketing communication and brand visibility on the market, managing marketing team with overall responsibility for marketing campaigns, action plans, promotional materials and a growing online presence.• Leading product and brand marketing efforts by defining unique product features, messaging and market positioning.• Monitoring channel specific developments including competitors activities, customer/account sales data and other relevant information, analyzing market trends and customer needs to build company advantage and added value towards potential clients
