Decision was to diversify part of production to Turkey in order to be closer to market and by-pass country specific taxes.- Lead oversea factory design, equipment transportation, factory setup, ramp up and operations management.- Oversea factory contributed additional $1M per month to corporate profit.- Factory continuous improvement: (1) Process efficiency improvement by 4.7%; (2) Cost reduction by 4.3%; (3) Yield improvement by 2%. This sums to additional $17M per year in revenue.

Tasks include facility requirement specification, equipment selection (process, automation, metrology and RD), equipment setup and qualification, process design (SOP, OCAP, SPC) and ramp up.- Company reached payback within 1 year ($80M initial investment).- As Head of Process Department, responsible for factory expansion and continuous process improvement (include process modification, equipment design and retrofitting). Improved yield by 4% (revenue $$40M/yr), efficiency by 3.5% (revenue +$35M/yr) and reduced breakage by 1% (revenue +$10M/yr).- Efficiency increase as a result of new product design and ramp up based on customer requirement.

- Advanced solar cell structure Research and Development.- New product introduction and scale up: SOP, OCAP, SPC and equipment selection (process, automation and metrology).- New product achieved 6% improvement in efficiency over baseline.
