Sporadically Hungary and Greece. - Capture, handle and follow up on purchase orders to suppliers located in Europe, China, Philippines, India and Perú. - Ensuring accurate documentation and correct timing for custom clearance. - Securing competitive haulage rates for truck shipments including dangerous goods and refrigerated trucks. - Daily contact with the sales team, customers and suppliers and other stakeholders. - Handling of claims, finding out root causes and resolving them. - Monthly stock checks. - Monthly Intrastat reports. - Invoicing sales orders to customers and issuing credit notes if needed. • Training and mentoring new colleagues in procedures and Navision. • Participating in digitalisation projects applied specifically to Chr. Olesen Nutrition Ibérica. • Reporting non-conformances from suppliers or customers.• Ensuring outstanding customer service.• Cultural awareness.
