I am managing a diverse clientele who are leading players in the Consumer Goods, Education, and Soft Commodity segments in Asia. I have been instrumental in providing regional credit and cash management solutions to my clients, including but not limited to flexible master limits to meet clients' working capital requirements across multiple countries, value chain financing solutions such as accounts receivable financing and supplier financing with my clients as anchors, implementing cash sweeping arrangements for efficient liquidity management, and optimizing regional credit interest rates to enhance both yield for clients and customer relationship stickiness.As a senior relationship manager, I have taken on the responsibility of mentoring and guiding junior teammates, management associates, and interns. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth and development. Through effective coaching and support, I have helped them build their skills and confidence in the corporate banking industry.Furthermore, as part of my role, I am actively involved in client acquisition efforts. I managed a corporate clientele with strong presence in ASEAN region. They are major players in energy and commodity sectors and mostly listed in Singapore and Malaysia. I helped my clients to obtain debt capital via syndicated loans / project financing (as Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Underwriter), bilateral term loans and structured trade financing. I also structured several sustainability-linked loans and the liaison of sustainability performance targets, as well as green trade financing for particular certified products such as RSPO / ISCC certified crude palm oil.To facilitate my clients to manage their risk and wealth, I also worked closely with product partners to offer a wide range of financial derivatives (e.g. interest rate swaps, vanilla / structured FX forwards, commodity forwards, etc.) as well as wealth management products (e.g. bond and money market funds, universal life insurance policies, etc.) when it was considered suitable to the clients' business model and risk appetite.

I managed a diversified clientele comprising corporate customers in TMT, hospitality, property investment, F&B, gaming and digital lending industries who have been active in Greater China.I gained experience of Leveraged Financing for M&As and managing the relationship with private equities. I also completed several club loans to finance the CAPEX requirement of my clients.I am grateful that I had the opportunity to pioneer in Factoring (accounts receivable prepayment/financing) product program and obtained budget approval from Group CEO. I was also nominated as the Vice Chairperson of Recreational Committee in 2018 to organize both entertaining and charitable events for my 400+ colleagues.
