With a career in nuclear energy approaching 20 years, I currently specialize in project management within the state corporation Rosatom, focusing on international nuclear power plant construction projects. Particularly, I am involved in Rooppur NPP project in Bangladesh, emphasizing collaboration with clients and management of construction and commissioning works.My journey began at Rostov Nuclear Power Plant, where I spent 9 years, initially as an operator and later as a turbine management lead engineer. Subsequently, I shifted to nuclear power plant construction projects, including the Baltic, Belarusian, and Kursk-2 NPPs. Since 2014, I've dedicated myself to project management, moving from an operational role to a general contractor position for nuclear power plant construction within Rosatom.My competencies encompass intercultural communication and negotiation, conflict resolution, teamwork and leadership skills, problem-oriented thinking, and decision-making. With a deep understanding of the technological processes and specifics of nuclear power plants, I'm well-versed in the industry's demands. Among hard skills, I hold an IPMA Level D certification, showcasing my professional project management skills, along with a deep understanding of nuclear infrastructure, licensing processes, and experience in training and developing operational personnel.
