Responsabilities: Implement, facilitate, follow-up on daily basis the project activities in accordance with project implementation plans. Facilitate disability assessment and referral of children with disabilities. Provide technical support for the development and implementation of each Schools ‘inclusive education action plans.  Participate in the identification of each class inclusive learning materials to be provided to each school. Facilitate capacity strengthening activities through provision of training for teachers, sectors and district education staff. Ensure planning and field coordination of project activities with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in the monthly activity planning meetings Develop monthly and weekly field activity plans. Coordinate field activities with logistics department, other technical teams, implementing partners and school community stakeholders.

Responsabilities: Overall supervision of the Basic Education Program which included developing and strengthening relevant networks at all levels with various stakeholders. Organizing and facilitating trainings, undertaking field visits in order to identify problems and offer possible solutions and actions. Working with the Monitoring and Evaluation office to monitor and evaluate project performance as well as collection of performance data, proper filing of documents, reports and presentations. participation in various research activities and providing ongoing technical support and mentoring to partners,  participation in the development of the work plan, formulating and tracking annual budgets to ensure that all activities are planned and completed within the budget,  ensuring timely submission of high quality monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Overall supervision of the Basic Education Program which included developing and strengthening relevant networks at all levels with various stakeholders.

Responsabilities: Develop lesson plans which meet established school and national curriculum models. Adapt and reassess lesson plans to meet specific student needs, comply with newly implemented guidelines or rules, update relevant information and include new developments in education. Manage the diverse ability levels of students. Adapt curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall class progress. Continually develop working knowledge of national curriculum programs and frameworks. Assess and record student development, while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement.  Provide a safe, positive learning environment for students.  Communicate with other staff members who engage with students to learn best practices. Communicate with parents as per school guidelines on a regular basis, including presenting student progress report and informing parents of requisite student discipline. Maintain order and discipline among students while promoting safety and compliance with school rules and guidelines. Attend occasional continuing education seminars. Attend and take part in school meetings on curriculum, organization, and guidelines.
