My objective for this company is to establish a production setup to deliver products on time and introduce standard prepress practices and implement color management system. The implementation of prepress and color management was the easy part, production was the difficult part. Since the products are heavy in unique specification, I introduced a network based ordering system to monitor the order from sales, accounting and production. I also established a research and development team to establish standards and introduce new techniques and technologies for production.

Aside from managing in and out job orders, my role was to make every work from scanner, desktop computers, imagesetters, plates and offset printing. I had to do test and find the best workflow that would give us better color adherence to our proof. We were close in terms of colors but the issue of consistency was a factor in our operation. We were able to increase our consistency but it was still a work in process.
