Albert Schmidt is a senior crisis management consultant, with some 25 years of experience working across a broad range of organizations and industries, from defense and aerospace, through banking and finance, to fintech and foodtech, and more.As a senior air accident investigator in the Israeli Air Force for many years (and as a reservist at present), Albert has amassed world-class knowledge in both military and civilian aviation. He is a strong proponent of a learning culture in service of a high-performance organization. This is inspired primarily by the IAF’s own internal debriefing culture, as well as Albert's own developed methodologies and models, tailored to civilian complex organizations, and used to identify and analyze root causes and develop organizational learning capabilities.Albert is the co-founder of the Task4S consulting partnership. The Task4S team serves companies undergoing a crisis or challenge, such as an operational issue, technical failure, or major organizational change. Drawing on debriefing methods and root cause analyses pioneered by the IAF, Task4S is able to pinpoint problem areas and facilitate an effective improvement process within the organization, promoting proactive organizational learning culture and sustained growth.Since 2014, Albert founded and has been leading Safe & Effective Crisis Management, which facilitates issue related organizational analytics and change.
