Utilize computer program to help construct therapy regimen for clients and track progress.• Ensure notes are concise, pertinent, and meet departmental documentation standards.• Observe patients during treatment to evaluate their responses, progress, and report to physical therapist.• Measure patient’s range of motion, body parts or vital signs to determine effects of treatments or for evaluations.• Assist with application of cryotherapy, hydrocollator packs, set up of electrical stimulation and hydrotherapy.
