Working at the Total Oil Refinery. Location Lindsey Oil Refinery South Killingholme Lincolnshire. New distillate Hydrotreater HDS-3 Project. Producing and updating schedules on a bi-weekly basis. Producing s-curves and manning levels up to completion of the project.

Planning and scheduling shutdown work for clients such as SembCorp, Invista and Sabic.The role involves working through the worklist, looking at every job on site working out the job steps to complete each job estimating the man-hours, resources and material to complete each job, then entering each job onto Amec computerised job planning information control system (PICS). During the overhaul I will be in charge of the emergent work process. This includes raising the emergent work orders planning and estimating them as well as making sure all emergent work is completed. I am also helping the scheduler to improve his skills with P3.I am also helping to tutor probationary planners and schedulers to bring them up to the required standard.
