Responsible for all elements of pre-sales support, including but not limited to:• Production of responses to requests for product information, promotion, pricing, licensing, and policies.• Staying abreast of the product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems.• Working closely with World Area Offices and Local Country Representatives• Analyze and understand business and technical product requirements, as well as articulate processes and solutions to a varied audience.• Develop a thorough product knowledge competency on all supported products, with special focus on Distributed Control System.

• Primarily responsible for providing technical support, consultation and diagnostics for the end-users and engineering organization in all world areas who are using AMS Device Manager, integrated with various systems that use HART and Foundation Fieldbus protocols.• Provides technical and field assistance in configuring, installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AMS Device Manager and Handheld Communicators to end-users particularly to those industries related to Oil and Gas, Power, Pulp and Paper, and Pharmaceuticals.• Provides solutions to issues related to different types of HART multiplexers, Foundation Fieldbus gateways, wireless HART gateways, DeltaV control systems interfaced on AMS Device Manager.• Constantly communicates with the Development, Marketing, and Technology groups both local and abroad to consult critical issues and discuss new product releases and methodologies.• Mentors new engineers and recommends and institutionalizes process improvements.

• Area of Assignment: Circuit Making Process.• Responsible for implementing established manufacturing processes, identifying, modifying, and upgrading of processes and its controls in order to meet set quality, yield and turnaround time at optimum cost• Conducts initial failure analysis and process trouble shootings. Issues corrective and preventive actions necessary• Recommends possible cost reduction programs, methods and productivity improvement projects.• Oversees and monitors processing of lots for engineering evaluation.• Evaluates problem that arises during production run to eliminate causes of defects on products.• Generates/revises process and production controls/ specifications to reduce causes of defects based on technical analysis.• Ensures that the SPC control charts are properly used and maintained.
