As a graduate of statistics in the University of Illinois and a current grad student in the masters program of Accountancy at University of Illinois, I strongly believe that I have a broad base of skills to work such as statistical analysis and data collection that I can apply to the field of accounting. These skills, I believe, will be applicable to many different areas of accounting and business in general, and will help me succeed in any job position I decide to take. Besides academics, I also have a job history of working in manual and physical labor. I believe I can apply the hard work and dedication physical labor takes and apply it to the academic side of jobs. Overall, I feel like am I am well-rounded candidate with a lot of experience in learning the academics (hard skills) of what jobs require, as well as getting to the core of jobs and learning the dedication and hard work that jobs require. Because of these skills, I believe that I will make a strong candidate for a job in business.
