All total, I have been in this industry for 24 years. Duties I feel I provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked. I have direct accountability for all operational results. I report directly to the Room Chef. I am in charge of all ordering of product for the kitchen. I can use the Stratton Warren System for ordering warehouse and direct orders. I like to create sandwiches for fresh new things on the menu. I make sure all food is rotated and dated to guarantee we always use fresh food. Education I received my GED in 1992. I am well versed in using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Publisher. I passed Serve Safe in January of 2007 and renewed it in December 2010.Through MGM University I have completed Manager on Board Training and Diversity Training. Other In 2008 and again in 2011, along with the Mandalay Bay team, we won the Gourmet Grazer put on by the Alliance of Black Culinarians.I like people and enjoy helping others. I am looking to be the very best at what I do. I believe it is important to maintain a professional yet friendly work environment. I am very involved with my church and family. I enjoy going to Mexico on mission trips to help build houses and reach out to the orphanages there.
