I feel that I bring a rare background to the role of Nurse Practitioner in that I have a Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA) double majoring in Management and Economics with 10 years of experience in the hospitality/retail environment along with a Masters degree in Nursing with years of ARNP experience in the Acute Care, Skilled Nursing and LTC setting. Patient satisfaction is a new priority in medicine with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and customer service and patient as a customer service are fundamental to the last 20 years of my career. Patient satisfaction is one of my strongest attributes, along with communication, and following evidence based practices.
