In my role as HR Manager for RussNeft, I am directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function for the UK. I am responsible for planning, developing, implementing and overseeing new and revised Human Resource Management programs, policies and procedures as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations are met. It is also key that I maintains alignment with the company's goals, objectives and best practices amongst all HRM disciplines while supporting our onshore and offshore operations .As RussNeft are a global business, I must support Company goals and objectives and establish a strategic partnership with international operational locations, corporate functional departments and/or domestic field operations to support delivery and execution of a broad range of Talent Management and HR processes. This includes EEO compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, operational reporting, training / development and competence and compensation and benefits.
