Current-Created a technical and life-style sportswear brand catering to water sports athletes.-Represent Talis Crew to major customers such as distributors, retail businesses, trade partners, competitive and recreational sport clubs, and athletic associations.-Create multiple sales channels such as establishing alliances with key trade partners, creating an effective sales team, developing e-commerce platform, and identifying and reacting quickly to new sales opportunities. -Develop strategic brand building plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities. Worked from the ground up creating the Talis Crew brand look, to marketing, to building a team of elite level athletes and coaches in several major cities across Canada, the U.S, Hong Kong, and Australia, as well as creating, assisting, and sound boarding with going marketing campaigns. -Ensure that the Talis Crew brand image, standards of performance, and quality of product and service are not only understood but owned by the management, employees, and business partners.-Closely monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.-Maintain the operational performance of the company.-Put in place adequate operational planning, quality assurance and financial control systems.-Formulate and successfully implementing company policy for both products and service.
