Proficient in special process of aerospace NADCAP audit certification: heat treatment, welding, material testing, nondestructive testing and surface treatment10. Have a good communication and discussion with customer (Customer Complaint) or supplier (Supplier Chain Management) against the quality and technology problem.11. Familiar with the whole build process of the factory and departments for a new company.
