Deliver services to clients who have been separated from family members in other countries by armed conflict, disasters or complex humanitarian emergencies. Services include Red Cross Messages, Tracing Inquiries, Holocaust and war victims tracing, information and referrals, and community outreach.· Conduct outreach to refugee and immigrant communities so that more clients are aware of American Red Cross services including Restoring Family Links· Conducting research, home visits and searching within communities to locate separated family members· Working with clients to complete the necessary paperwork to initiate a search for a relative overseas· Report information to supervisor through standardized procedures· Attend periodic meetings if available· Maintain a professional manner and appearance while performing ARC tasks

• Familiar with Quest Procedures manual.• Conduct interviews of staff and clients at sites being surveyed.• Perform physical environment checks of sites being surveyed.• Participate in collecting and compiling feedback data from consumers and employees at various sites funded by DDS.• Participate in consensus meetings to review findings and agency compliance with DDS standards.• Participate in service enhancement meetings.
