Human Resources Analyst, Client Services
CurrentResponsible for a wide range of Human Resources activities including providing policy advice on all matters related to HR across the LAC region.• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff in the Regional Office (RO) and Country Offices (COs) in the region on issues related to HR, including attraction and recruitment, benefits and entitlements, and separation. Oversee the administration of contracts, benefits and entitlements and other related HR administrative matters at the Regional Office and Country Offices.• Provide support and ensure effective execution of HR services. Provide support in the successful implementation of policies, practices, and procedures to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
