As a Learning Coach at Houston ISD, I support students, families, and teachers in the virtual learning environment, using my crisis intervention and education skills. I also collaborate with school administrators and staff to monitor student progress and attendance, and provide feedback and guidance.I am a Navy veteran with 15 years of operational and tactical experience in supply chain management, contract and procurement, acquisitions, logistics coordination, and leadership. I have worked as an Acquisition Program Analyst at Synchron, where I led the negotiation and documentation of contracts and procurement for the PMS 404 Program Office NAVSEA. Experienced in SBIR Phases, ACAT, drafting RFPs, and SOW. I am currently on a journey to obtain my Doctor of Business Administration, where I can learn the latest theories and practices in global business management.My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise and help grow and globalize supply chain management. My core competencies include strategic planning, continuous process improvement, and team building. My passion is serving, growing our next generation and developing others through leadership and mentorship. I also enjoy event planning and decorating, and putting a smile on peoples’ face.
