MAIL/CODER SPECIALIST-LEGAL DEPARTMENT• Coding, indexing from hard copies, order entry into data based electronic file systems• Daily processed of multiply collections and cases to code into data base, customer services• Multi tasking, priority/rushes and able to meet deadlines upon scheduling dates to attorneys• Analyzing, normalizing, prioritizing daily work flow and identifying documents for cases to trial• Upload/download images routing documents from incoming mail to legal personnel by department codes and units numbers• Ability to upkeep with fast paced working with different cases on oil spills, contamination, skin exposure, real estate royalties• Filing hard copies back in file room and dispense of mail to co-workers electronically• Oil/Gas documents, well logs, invoices, work/division orders, seismic drawing, print outs, land surveys, activities sheets/summary, personnel, medical/insurance records

• Create barcode sheets as requester by client project design for project• Processed images creating folders, sub-folders and endorsements.• Scanned high volume of images and create tiff to PDF format• Quality check images for quality assurance of 100% accuracy.• Burn images to CDs using ROXIO software, posts CDs to FTP sites for client viewing.• Prepared shipment of boxes to client• Hard copies input to electronic file systems
