I have great knowledge in the mortgage industry. My main responsibility has been to work with new account set-up and loans. The job is to ensure clients are happy and satisfied with their loan. As a Loan Officer, my role is to communicate with my US partners to help the borrowers get out of bad debt and to be there to make sure that they have a smooth transition from beginning to end of the loan process by the time they leave our office. I am a master when it comes to analyzing the customers' Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Conditions.Currently handling FIRST MORTGAGE, HELOC and HELOAN (Agency loans) and experienced with Purchase, Refinance loans (including Texas, COOP's and Self-employed customers).Expert in income (calculation) field, credit investigation, asset verification, property analyzation and other related to Underwriting. Very efficient in decision making and risk analysis, and a 100% team player.Recently had a background in financial care/customer service with T-mobile where I took calls for almost 2 years.
