I helped people with Immigration resolution and filing to become naturalized US Citizens by marriage, birth, residence or work.

I entered time for 18 employees and reconciled their Credit Card Statements in CONCUR. I dispatched service techs through GIS (Geographic Information System Program) in 8 towns in the Texas Panhandle. In charge of paying invoices for Work Orders which our electrical crew worked on and closing any and all work orders.

Handled Spanish and English customer's inquiries, problems, and issues in an efficient and highly courteous manner. Substitute Supervisor that took over responsibilities of monitoring and instructing Customer Service Representatives on training issues when supervisor had other responsibilities. Trained full classes of up to 20 people on a weekly basis to learn the Energy System (proprietary Customer Service Program used by our company). Handled Skip tracing for credit department, investigating and finding past due and delinquent customers, who were trying to steal from Xcel Energy.
