I am taking multiple roles at SWIFT as a customer success manager and technical consultant for performing service management and delivery services. And I am responsible for more than 50 customers for North and East Asia and here in the Korean market. Furthermore, involved in building relationships with clients, and maintaining channel between customers and their correspondents throughout each project. So I take part as a project manager and technical consultant to address the growing needs of the financial services community in relation to SWIFT.+ Set up, maintain and provide oversight on all deliverables of the Premium Plus Service, including monitoring of critical systems, health checks, troubleshoot training, escalation contacts and procedures+ Be a contact for the local Account Managers with regards to the promotion of support services Contribute to the team activities (regular meetings, publishing a monthly newsletter, organizing Premium Services Forum, etc+ Maintain client relationships and build client satisfaction with designated customers by performing regular health checks of their operational environment and providing recommendations for improvement+ Provide technical support to the commercial staff by participating in technical reviews and giving product presentations and demos+ Maintaining proper documentation (general project plans, action items, timelines, meeting minutes, etc.) on all projects.+ Setting and driving project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met and completed on time.
