He was responsible for the urban redevelopment of Weezenlanden Noord in Zwolle, the Topicus-campus in Deventer, the redevelopment of the Glasfabriek area in Schiedam into a vibrant new neighbourhood, and for Oopen, the ambitious new development of the Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht together with Heatherwick Studio.Since Albert joined the office in 2011 he has led various ambitious projects to realisation, including the Earth Simulation Laboratory, a new research facility for the Faculty of Geosciences at Utrecht Science Park; Delft VOLT, a 135-unit housing complex that is part of the New Delft station area redevelopment; and VOLT Offices, a new office building for SDK Vastgoed in Eindhoven.
