Role 1: Performed a Project Management role on the Transport and Urban Development (TDA)’s Transport Authority Management System (TAMS) program.Project Overview - Roles and Responsibilities:o Responsible for the project management of the Operating Licence Solution (OLS). o Oversee the development, testing and training of the solution. o Co-ordinate the solution delivery components between the various role-players including the appointed service provider, HCL Axon, the City’s ERP competency and business stakeholders. Role 2: Performed a SAP Business Analyst role on the Transport for Cape Town’s Transport Authority Management System (TAMS) Program:Was responsible for the development of blueprint documentation on 4 work streams:o Operating licence;o Transport development index (TDI);o Asset maintenance; and o Performance management.Tasks included business requirements analysis, business process analysis & documentation, development of reporting requirements & prototyping and business process re-engineering.

Primary Client - EngenOverview:Technical lead on the creation of a supply chain dashboard for Engen’s International Business Division (IBD). The project involves the analysis of Engen’s multiple supply chains throughout sub-Sahara Africa, the development of supply chain metrics for these chain’s and making the results visible through a central Supply Chain Dashboard.

Primary Client - SasolOverview:Performed a senior business analyst role at Sasol Supply Chain Business Process Optimisation division (SCO BPO). Essentially an internal consulting division, SCO BPO’s methodology is based on the Supply Chain Council’s SCOR framework. My responsibilities can be divided in two areas – project specific tasks & internal method development.Project Specific Roles:As a Senior Analyst on a project I was responsible for the project pre-feasibility study, conceptual design and activity level development. Specific tasks include facilitation, analysis and process design & capturing.As Project Manager I was responsible for the initial project costing, resource allocation and drawing up and implementing of the project plan. Internal method development:Developed SCO BPO’s convention manual. This document formalised the modelling procedures & techniques within SCO BPO using ARIS as the process modelling tool. Developed SCO BPO’s Project life cycle. The PLC formalised the project phases, provided role clarification and highlighted key outputs.Developed SCO BPO’s process Baseline. This is a repository of the best practice processes fit for project and business process re-use.
