JahZo is a young and dynamic marketing communication agency based in Zwolle. The company has 10 employees, each with his/her own expertise.JahZo has developed its own CMS for managing rich content on HTML and flash websites. This VCMS (visual content management system) goes further than regular CMSs because the management of, for example, flash elements (ibloqs) is also possible. The entire VCMS is in the service of visual freedom for the user.The VCMS is able to feed a PDF generator with images from its database – with which personalized brochures can be produced from the website. A link can also be made from the VCMS to CRM and accounting packages, for example for E-commerce applications.What JahZo wants to achieve with this VCMS is the possibility to offer customers a tool with which online, offline and print material can be produced from the VCMS. The VCMS acts as a repository of all rich content media that is present – ​​and which is also accessible to everyone in this way. This means that every user is always up-to-date, flexible and has everything immediately available.JahZo has invested a lot of time and energy in the development of this VCMS and wants to expand it to offline presentations on USB, CD-ROM or DVD.During my graduation I focused on the video part of this offline presentation tool, namely scripting, storyboarding, storytelling, filming, directing, editing, post-production and motion graphic design. In order to realize this tool, I researched different ways of storytelling. The presentation will consist of several video blocks. JahZo can make a selection from the various video blocks to create a suitable and personalized presentation for the customer/prospect. The customer can go through the story himself by means of interaction (menu structure). It is important that the customer goes through all the parts.
