In community health, I managed evaluation contracts of large grant initiatives, facilitated strategic learning and planning, and supported regulatory reporting.- Evaluation: I used collaborative processes to design and implement evaluation plans with external evaluators, technical assistance providers, program staff, and leadership to ensure actionable and rigorous evaluations.- Strategic Learning and Planning: I managed strategic planning in new health need areas and facilitated strategic learning throughout the grant cycle by utilizing existing research, data, and evaluations through tailored learning activities such as data galleries and think-pair-shares.- Regulatory Reporting: I coordinated information gathering from about 40 stakeholders and provided an evaluative lens to reporting on outcomes. In addition, I managed the creation and development of an online application to support reporting.
