I am currently working s Solution Expert. In this role I am responsible of the delivery of the initiatives in commissioning and crm area, and my duties are: • Identify the best IT solution in terms of cost and customer needs• Support stakeholder in taking decision• Boost the adoption of the new IT solutions• Organize, plan and control the delivery process monitoring cost and budget• Work together with business partners and ICT technical teams.

I was working as Cloud Solution Architect for Oracle Italia in the “CloudApplications ERP-CX” consulting team with the focus on the CX solutions.I developed my carrier at Oracle covering a wide range of products andcustomers in the Italian industrial and telecom business but I also hadinternational experience in some EMEA countries, like UK, Sweden, France, TheNetherlands and Greece. I did start my experience working as technical consultant developing customprograms in the HCM area. I had the chance to improve my functional skills by joining, as technical, deeply different projects on deeply different customers and products. The merge oftechnical and functional skills together with the communication ones gave me thechance of becoming key resource in projects providing valid support to customersand teams.In my day by day job the key responsibilities were:- Lead the delivery of the solution by designing the architecture and driving theproject team in the implementation, coordinating local and off shore teams.- Support the sales team helping them shaping the proposal based on thecustomer/industry need. I do also attend meetings presenting benefits and features of the proposed solution. I am focused on enhancing the adoption of CX solution.
