Medical Planner
Initiated health service and administrative support to U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) assigned activities. Participate in operations consistent with the level of service specified by the Government's technical direction. Provide support, guidance, and recommendations for SFAB, OPD, CIED, and Intel with Medical Rehearsals for Military Engagements, Health, and Human Services (HHS), planning for Unified, Justified and Shared Accord exercises, African, Lion, Epic Guardian exercises, African Land Forces Summit, Emerging Combat Medic Program and Point of Injury Training: Tactical Combat Care Course (TC3).Aligned resources with our customers and stakeholders and tasking Subject Matter Expert executers to identify gaps, combing a clear focus approach, in accordance with US Code, AFRICOM, and SETAF guidelines and identifying weaknesses. Tailoring a proper fit for the end-user, creating new ideas to solve SETAF-AF Surgeon Challenges regarding Title 10 and 22 events with the respected African Partner NationsProvided Health Service Support for the budgeted events of $10 M+ for SFAB, OPD, Intel, Engineers, Civil Affairs exercises, and training event; engaged in over 60 engagements. US Military Doctrine, etc.Re-established and collaborated with AFRICOM & the Department of State for funding for Tanzania for $1.44M for Point of Injury Training (aka TC3) Program coupled with UN1 Facility building to assist in meeting UN Peace Keeping Operations requirements.
