I am an entrepreneur and have been a leader in the Wealth Management industry for more than 40 years. I am a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the author of bestselling books "Master Your Cash Flow: The Key to Grow And Retain Wealth" (ForbesBooks) and "Master Your Business Cash Flow: Grow The Company You Love, Live The Life You Want Now" (ForbesBooks). I have founded many businesses in my career. One of my most successful companies, Traust Sollus Wealth Management in 1982 was sold to Mercer Advisors in 2018. I recently co-founded Servat, LLC. Servat is a financial technology company with a mission to help people worldwide make better financial choices and live the life they want now and in the future. Over many decades, I have been named to the lists of the nation’s top financial advisors and often quoted in the media about wealth building, business management and building successful companies. I have also served as an advisor and consultant to many small businesses. The NYT, WSJ, USA Today, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, Fox Business, U.S. World News Report are some of the publications to which I have contributed. I have enjoyed lecturing to many organizations across the USA. I have served on the Board of Directors of Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, NJ, the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and on the Board of Trustees of the New England Historic Genealogy Society, Boston, MA.Serving the public, I have held elected office as a Councilman and as Police Commissioner of for my town. My interests include writing, traveling, wine, cooking, reading, genealogy and appreciation of art. I support charitable causes such as the Inner-City Scholarship Fund of New York City. I am an enthusiastic mentor to entrepreneurs and others.I am also an aspiring classical concert pianist hoping to play Carnegie Hall someday.I have two sons, and live with my spouse in Miami and Paris. Oct 1980 - Nov 1982Mr. Zdenek was part of the Corporate Tax Department Team that planned, filed and defended the Merck consolidated federal income tax return against IRS and planned, filed and defended the tax returns of major states in which Merck filed. He was in charge of planning and compiling the investment tax credit and research tax credit and planning for the annual addition of corporate fixed assets for depreciation purposes for the company.
