My responsibilities as UX designer lie in reimagining the user flow for a holiday-goer. In my job I am able to discover the needs of safety and comfort of our end-users, and fit digital products to their context. While broadening my experience in the mobility industry, I am able to specialise myself with industry specific tools, such as Adobe CC, Figma, Sketch and InVision.

Wicked societal design challenges require an approach that recognises the complexity and nuance of the real world. In the Systemic Design Lab, we specialise in mapping the systems that make up the context of a phenomenon with its many perspectives. I have had the opportunity to work at the Lab, collaborating with the public sector and exploring areas of opportunity in order to improve the way we look at a complex challenges. In this project, I was responsible for researching, mapping, and visualising the system, hosting creative sessions with experts from the field. We also created a vision and explored possible outcomes designing concepts that could shift important leverage points in the public sector.

Teaching Design Driven Innovation to bachelorstudents at the Delft University of Technology. This course uses the Vision in Product (ViP) approach to analyze the societal needs and strategic needs of a client in an early stage of the design process. The results are to design a concept product, that reflects these insights, which enables the client to establish themselves in an ever-changing world.

The goal of my graduation project of the master Design for Interaction was: to explore the role compassion can have in the Dutch criminal courtroom. Using various qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews, observations, roleplaying, and creative sessions, the context was analysed. The result is a design intervention that enables both the disadvantaged party and the suspect to be treated with dignity, improving the quality and the outcome of the courtroom process.

The organization Infuse strives to increase the feeling of community and connection within the master Design for Interaction through various activities, such as community drinks, monthly guest lectures, a yearly trip are organized for the students to take part in. As the chair, the responsibilities were to keep track of group dynamics and ensure the execution of project and new initiatives according to the organization's vision and policy.

Responsible for the organization and execution of the yearly student trip to Milan. Additionally, as treasurer, responsible for the yearly budget plan of the organization and the management of the financial resources during the study trip.

As student assistant to the course Design Driven Innovation, I supported the preparation and execution of the course. In addition, I have taken over tasks such as coaching students, supporting professors, creating course content, and graphically enhancing the course manual and other materials.

During my time as junior product manager, my main responsibility was the the organisation of a booth at the World Christmas Fair in Frankfurt to promote seasonal loyalty products of UNGA, including the development of the concept and logistics in both Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
