I zealously represent clients in the courtroom in patent and trade secret litigation matters, as well as across the table in intellectual property transactions and negotiations. I pride myself in my ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and complex subject matter.In a recent success, I helped a global business software company obtain a summary judgment win in federal court after a four-year long litigation of trade secret and antitrust claims. I have also helped navigate a multinational petrochemical company through Chapter 11 bankruptcy by successfully organizing and divesting its hundreds of its patents, trademarks, and other technology. I also regularly advise clients on open source licensing issues.I am licensed to practice in Texas and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
