Perform repair, overhaul, maintenance and service commercial split systems to include fan coil units, mini splits, variable air volume systems, variable refrigerant volume systems, and direct expansion units with up to 200 tons of cooling capacity. Perform work involved in the repair, overhaul, maintenance, installation and servicing of large industrial air conditioning systems and equipment.Monitor equipment and building operations using industry software (Metasys, Compass, Insight, etc.).Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing on network and controls communications equipment and controls software.Provide top tier customer service to other employees who submit trouble tickets.Complete paperwork (job cost, time on job, etc.) to describe action taken in detailed and accurate manner.
