The Enterprise Strategy Management application used a Balanced Scorecard approach to integrate the main pillars of Strategy Management: goals, initiatives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to enable organizations to hone their decision making and achieve their objectives. . Designed Strategy Management features . Developed backend services with Java, and Servlets . Developed front end code with HTML, JSP, and JavaScript . Created self initiated POC for navigation between perspectives, objectives, initiatives, and KPIs which was adopted into the product . Self initiated solution for long load times for the main scorecard application. . Achieved 1 second load time down from 90 seconds by optimizing JavaScript and reducing round trips by introducing JSP into the stack. .
