In my younger years, I was always the go-to guy. Family and friends would come to me with all their computer issues or other technical problems and I consistently left all customers very satisfied.Today, I’m still the first point of call for technical issues. I now develop innovative software to solve these problems for larger companies. I have worked closely with customers doing site visits, teachings, and installations. Working my way through to a technical supporting role and then developing on the software itself. Having spent time working with customers and engineering I have a broad and versatile background in software development. I have a deep understanding of technical requirements and how customers need to be supported, and I take this knowledge to the development phase of software development to ensure the best possible solutions are implemented.
