Assists primary war fighter and government acquisition representatives in the creation, review, modification, and/or final acceptance of CV-22 Advanced Distributive Learning courseware and lesson materials (instructor led and interactive student courseware). Directly responsible for technical training accuracy according to Air Education and Training Command (AETC) & 58 Special Operations Wing (SOW) flight training syllabus/courseware. Duties; oversees initial qualification, re-qualification, transition, and instructor qualification training for aircrew positions on the CV-22 Tilt Rotor, with past experiences on the HH-60 (Combat Rescue), UH-1N (DV/ Missile Silo Support) and MH-53(Special Operations) helicopters, ensuring all flight training objectives were delivered, as per syllabus guidelines.

• Student Operation Flight Chief/ First Sergeant/ Aerial Gunner Evaluator - Managed a unique, dual aircraft, Student Operations Section (Scheduling, Resource Monitors, and Students) in all facets of aircrew flight training lessons for HH-60 and UH-1training programs. Ensured student training was commensurate with defined training objectives (SOIs, syllabus, courseware, 58 SOW directives and AETC regulations). Monitored/ reported training data and training trends to senior military leadership. Performed classroom/flight technical training and evaluations (Initial, Re-qualification, Transition and Instructor upgrade courses).• Aerial Gunner Instructor/ Student Resource Monitor - Managed MH-53 (AFSOC) and HH-60 (CSAR) Aerial Gunner flight training program. Advised commander to student progressions according to a $4M fiscal year flying hour program. Coordinated with program managers; syllabus of instruction revision, training change proposals, and syllabus revisions crucial to student training. Monitored/ reported training data and training trends to senior military leadership. Performed classroom/flight technical training (Initial, Re-qualification, Transition and Instructor upgrade courses). • Aerial Gunner Instructor/ Mission Gunner- Performed MH-53 classroom/ flight instruction. Career encompassed numerous combat deployments throughout career (Operation Denied Flight, Operation Southern Watch, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom). Hand selected for instructor duty and reassigned to the only AF formal training unit for initial qualification of AF Special Operations helicopter aircrew members. • Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist/ Aircraft Weapons Load Crew Team Lead – Supervised the loading and unloading of nuclear and nonnuclear munitions, explosives, and propellant devices on fighter aircraft (F-16C, RF4-C, F-4 E/G, and F-15C/E). Performed aircraft weapons test/development of Air-to-Air missiles and Air-to-Ground missiles/munitions.
