- Issue, management and evaluation of the rfq’s in accordance with requirements of job orders.- Issue of purchase orders, after negotiation, in compliance to the budget of job orders.- Rescheduling purchase orders.- Suppliers expediting (also at suppliers’ company) to grant the respect of delivery date in order to avoid delays in filling of the jobs.- Strategic suppliers’ management with frame agreements.- Monitoring and collection supplier’s performances (costs, qualities and deliveries) for reporting.- Suppliers portfolio’s management, market scouting for potential new suppliers, evaluation of possible partnerships.
