I founded Lifestyle Nutrition and fitness during my senior year at Arizona State University in 2017, in Tempe Arizona. I started the company as a small start up, and exceeded all business expectations in this first year. We now have multiple trainers, yoga instructors and Registered Dietitians on staff. This year we are launching our on-site Workplace Wellness programs bringing our experienced and certified coaches directly to Arizona's top organizations with wellness classes designed to improve productivity, morale, and teamwork while reducing costs. As a Sports Conditioning coach, my team and I work with high school, club, and collegiate programs to give their athletes an edge over the competition with custom designed training specific for both their sport and their age. Currently I mentor other young start up business professionals who are in their early stages of getting their business running. I specialize in helping these companies network, and develop business plans to reduce overhead start up costs to maximize profitability in their early years.
